Shayne Matthis, Director, joined New Mountain in 2024. Shayne is a member of the Wealth Solutions Team, representing New Mountain’s investment strategies for the Great Lakes region of the US. Before joining New Mountain, Shayne led Alternative Investment Distribution for the Midwest at Nuveen and served as Advisor Consultant on their Wealth Advisory Services Team. Prior to joining Nuveen, Shayne held roles at JPMorgan Asset Management and Dearborn Capital Management. He received his B.S. in Finance from Illinois State University.
