David Pierre brings nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare technology with a proven track record of scaling businesses and leading high-growth companies. David joined Rawlings in September of 2024 as Chief Executive Officer, combining it with Apixio Payment Integrity and VARIS. Previously, David served as the Chief Operating Officer at Signify Health, where he led over $1 billion in revenue as the business leader for the Home and Community businesses and drove operational excellence across the company. As COO, David scaled Signify Health from 2016 to an IPO in 2021 and eventual sale to CVS Health in 2023 for $8 billion.Before joining Signify Health, David spent over 9 years at Cerner, where he led several of their business units including Hospital Operations and Pediatrics. David currently serves on the Board of Directors at Sonrava Health and Benevis. David is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. David holds a BA in Psychology from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
