Chao Wang, Vice President, PE Operations, joined New Mountain in 2024. Mr. Wang is primarily focused on supporting New Mountain’s private equity business. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Deal Advisory Manager at KPMG LLP, where he provided financial due diligence services across a wide range of industries.
Mr. Wang is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York State. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University and his Master’s degree from the University of Virginia.
