James Young, Senior Associate, joined New Mountain in 2023. He previously worked at M. Klein & Company where he focused on M&A and strategic advisory. He graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Chicago, where he received his B.A. in Economics.
