Carter Van Winkle, Vice President, joined New Mountain Capital in 2023. Carter is dedicated to New Mountain Net Lease. He previously worked at Swift Real Estate Partners, a value-add RE private equity focused on R&D and office assets, in San Francisco, CA. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 2020, receiving his B.S. in Finance.
