Masashi Yoneda, Compliance Officer, joined New Mountain in 2023. Prior to joining New Mountain, he was Compliance Officer & Head of Administration at AIG Asset Management (Japan) and held investment positions at AIG Japan Holding and group insurance companies where he was involved in planning, risk management, and compliance. Prior to joining AIG, he worked at Shinsei Bank, where he was Vice President of M&A Advisory and was also involved in the business development of the consumer finance business. He holds a B.A. Law degree from Sophia University and attended Temple University Law School Pre-LLM.
