His stewardship added significant, measurable value to shareholders, customers, and employees through innovative use of emerging technologies. Arun is currently Independent Director and Strategic Advisor to Boards of large businesses, ranging from Financial Services, Consumer Products, new age AgriTech & FinTech and HR Services, in both B2B and B2C contexts. Arun specializes in Digital Transformation, new technologies (AI/ML/Blockchain) and creating strong leadership teams and talent pipeline.

Arun graduated in Mathematics & Statistics from St. Joseph’s College, India in 1989 and holds a Post Graduate Honors Diploma (MBA) from XLRI-Jamshedpur, India (1991). He attended Advanced Leadership program from IMD, Switzerland in 2016 and is a Certified Independent Board Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, India.
