Andrew Koval, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2026. He is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s GP Solutions business. He was previously a Principal at ICG where he was responsible for financial sponsor coverage, underwriting, and portfolio management across the firm’s North American junior capital strategies. Prior to ICG, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Guggenheim Securities and Perella Weinberg Partners. Mr. Koval graduated from New York University with a B.A. in Economics.
