Zach Herz-Roiphe, Vice President, rejoined New Mountain in 2025 as a member of the firm’s Operating Partner team. He previously worked as an Associate on the private equity investing team at New Mountain from 2016 to 2018. In addition to his experience at New Mountain, Zach has held roles as Vice President, Business Operations at Applecart, a marketing technology firm; Chief Financial Officer at The Bail Project, a national non-profit organization; and as a management consultant at Bain & Company. He received his BA in Political Science, cum laude, from Yale University.
