Adam Aldrich, Vice President – Operating Partner, joined New Mountain Capital in 2025. Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Aldrich was a Principal in Blackstone’s Portfolio Operations group, where he partnered with portfolio company management teams to execute value creation initiatives related to enterprise technology transformation and IT estate optimization.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Aldrich gained operating experience across several roles in the healthcare technology industry. As an early employee at Casechek, he was responsible for developing and executing the expansion of their operating model while also leading customer operations and analytics. Mr. Aldrich began his career in revenue cycle management at R1, where he focused on business intelligence systems and continuous improvement projects, earning his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Mr. Aldrich received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BS from Miami University.
