Steve Meininger is the CEO of Inframark, a leading water and wastewater management service provider. Born and raised in Maryland, Steve holds a Civil Engineering Degree from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Environmental Engineering Degree from Clemson University. With over 29 years of experience in the water and infrastructure industry, Steve has held various leadership positions in several companies, including Jacobs and CH2M HILL, where he led the Global Operations Management and Facility Services business unit for ten years.
Steve has made significant contributions to the industry and has been recognized for his achievements. He held the highest-level wastewater operator certification for more than two decades. He served on the board of the National Association of Water Companies for eight years and was a longstanding member of the Water Environment Federation and the American Society of Civil Engineers. In 2017-18, he received the Water for People Kenneth J. Miller Founders’ Award.
