William (“Billy”) Haley, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2018. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aegion, Amerit, Inframark, and Summit Wash Holdings. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Classic Collision and was actively involved with New Mountain’s past investments in Blue Yonder and TRC.
Prior to joining New Mountain, Mr. Haley was an investment professional at Snow Phipps Group. Prior to Snow Phipps, he worked in the Transportation Investment Banking and Equity-Linked Capital Markets groups at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Haley received his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College in 2011.
