Dan Stroud is a Senior Advisor to New Mountain Capital. He serves on the Boards of Directors of Vytalogy Wellness, Beauty Industry Group, Diversified Foodservice Supply, and Topix Skin Health.
Mr. Stroud brings over 34 years of financial and operational leadership experience from Nestlé. He was a founding member of Nestlé Health Science, where he served as CFO and played a key role in developing the company’s strategy and business model. In this capacity, he led the strategic planning and execution of major acquisitions, including the acquisition of Atrium Innovations, and was instrumental in establishing Nestlé Health Science as a significant contributor to Nestlé’s global portfolio.
Prior to Nestlé Health Science, Mr. Stroud served as Chief Financial Officer of Nestlé USA, where he led financial strategy, drove operational efficiencies, and oversaw organizational transformations. Additionally, Mr. Stroud served as President of Nestlé Business Services, where he led enterprise-wide process improvements and implemented shared service models across Nestlé operations.
Mr. Stroud’s expertise spans financial leadership, M&A integration, operational improvement, and international expansion across consumer goods and health and wellness sectors.
