Marya Stansky, Director, joined New Mountain in 2021. Ms. Stansky leads executive talent activity for Board and C-Suite roles across the portfolio. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leaders to optimize organizational, team and individual performance.
Before joining New Mountain, Ms. Stansky conducted executive searches and leadership assessments for asset management and private equity clients at Spencer Stuart. Prior to Spencer Stuart, she was a Talent Manager at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she deployed consultants across the firm’s client engagements. She began her career as a Teach for America corps member at a district public school in Bronx, NY.
Ms. Stansky earned her B.A. in Politics, cum laude, from Princeton University, her M.Sc. in Education from Hunter College, and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
