Alan Shaw, Senior Associate, joined New Mountain in 2025. He previously worked in the Technology group at Advent International and in the Media & Information group at Evercore in New York. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020, where he received his B.B.A. in Business Honors and Finance.
