Michael Rotondo, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2025. He was previously an investment professional at H.I.G. Capital. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Mr. Rotondo worked at Harris Williams where he focused on M&A advisory.
Mr. Rotondo received his B.S. in Business Administration with a Concentrations in Finance and Accounting from the University of Richmond in 2016.
