Robert Roberts, Managing Director, joined New Mountain Capital in 2020. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Homrich Berg and Qualus, and supports other NMC investments in Financial Services, Healthcare Technology, and Infrastructure Services.
Prior to joining New Mountain, Robert was a Portfolio Operations Executive at TPG Capital from 2009-2020 where he led large scale transformations across numerous companies in Financial Services, Healthcare, and other sectors.
Earlier in his career, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group where he led strategy and operational excellence projects in healthcare, business services, and other industries. He began his career as a Process Engineer for Shell Exploration and Production Company, working on offshore oil and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.
Mr. Roberts earned an MBA from The Harvard Business School, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama, Magna Cum Laude.
