Ricardo Gonzalez, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2018. He was previously a Director at Hellman & Friedman (H&F) from 2013 to 2018. He currently serves on the board of directors of Classic Collision, Alpine Intel and Summit Wash.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Gonzalez was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and led strategy and operational excellence projects in the consumer, healthcare and retail industries. He also worked in sales and marketing at Eli Lilly & Company.
Mr. Gonzalez received his M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an M.S in Bioengineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Soros Fellow. He also holds a B.S in Physics from the City University of New York (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
