Sarah Procida, Director, Recruiting and Talent Development, joined New Mountain in 2022. Prior to joining New Mountain, she worked in Human Capital Management at Goldman Sachs for 9 years. There she was an HR Business Partner for the Global Markets Division. She also held roles in Campus and Lateral Recruiting. Ms. Procida graduated from Bucknell University in 2012 with a B.A. in Economics and History.
