Lauren Mounts, Senior Associate, joined New Mountain in 2021. Ms. Mounts is primarily focused on the Business Development function across New Mountain’s strategies. Before joining New Mountain, she worked on the Liability Driven Investing Team in Fixed Income at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Prior to this, she worked at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Los Angeles. She received her B.A. in Economics and International Relations, cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College in 2018.
