Katie Morin, Vice President, Recruiting and Talent Development, joined New Mountain in 2024. Prior to joining New Mountain, she worked as a Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Silver Lake. Prior to Silver Lake she also held various HR roles at the Council on Foreign Relations and New England Baptist Hospital. Ms. Morin graduated from Loyola College in 2004 with a B.A. in International Business.
