Melissa Minkoff, Business Development Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2020. She is primarily focused on the Business Development function across New Mountain’s strategies. Ms. Minkoff previously held an administrative role at New Mountain; she began working alongside the Business Development team in 2022 and transitioned into the role of Business Development Analyst in 2024. She received her B.S. in Psychology from The University of Tampa in 2018.
