Melissa Minkoff, Business Operations Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2020. She is primarily focused on working with the Firm’s COO and the Business Development function across New Mountain’s strategies. Ms. Minkoff previously held an administrative role at New Mountain and she began working alongside the Business Development team in 2022 before transitioning to her current role. She received her B.S. in Psychology from The University of Tampa.
