Carlo Lombardo, Director, joined New Mountain in 2025. Mr. Lombardo is primarily focused on Business Development across New Mountain’s strategies. Before joining New Mountain, Mr. Lombardo worked at Eaton LarrainVial, a Latin American placement agent, where he was responsible for the Regional Alternatives platform and was also the Country Head for Mexico. Prior to that, he worked as the Head of Private Equity at Afore Profuturo, a Mexican Pension Fund.
Mr. Lombardo holds a Bachelor in Economics and a Masters in Finance from the Toulouse Business School.
