Leo Kensicher, Associate, joined New Mountain in 2025. Previously, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s healthcare investment banking team and began his career at GE Healthcare. Leo received his B.S.E., magna cum laude, in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and his M.B.A. in finance and accounting from The Wharton School.
