Michael Joseph, Chief Executive Officer, joined Sonrava Health in February 2024.
Mr. Joseph has been involved with New Mountain prior to joining Sonrava, having previously served as Executive Chairman of Alteon, working closely with Datavant, and supporting NMFC.
Mr. Joseph previously spent 34 years at HCA, a leading operator of healthcare facilities, where he held numerous CEO positions both on the East and West Cost of Florida. In his most recent role as President of the East Florida Division he was responsible for 15 hospitals, 12 ambulatory centers, 7 urgent care facilities, and 9 free standing emergency departments. His division was responsible for 23,000 employees, including over 700 physicians.
He has served on the Florida International University Board of Trustees, currently serves on the Board of Shula Steakhouses, and also serves as a Member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Miami Business School.
He received his MBA and BBA from the University of Miami.
