Preet Takkar, Chief Executive Officer, rejoined Sonrava Health in October 2024.
Mr. Takkar served as President & Chief Operating Officer for Sonrava Health from October 2024 to March 2025, when he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Sonrava Health, Mr. Takkar served as Chief Operating Officer of Upstream Rehabilitation, a leading national provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy services. Prior to Upstream Rehabilitation, Mr. Takkar worked at Sonrava Health from 2015 to 2022, serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management. Mr. Takkar has over 25 years of experience in the dental services industry and a proven track record of operational leadership.
Mr. Takkar received his B.S. in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach.
