Felicia Jia, Senior Associate, joined New Mountain in 2021. She was previously a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York and prior to that, a sales & trading analyst at J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong. She graduated from Dartmouth College cum laude in 2016 with a B.A. in Government and Psychology.
