Ariel Jennings, Vice President, HR, joined New Mountain in August 2026. Prior to New Mountain, Ariel was a Human Capital Business Partner at Select Equity Group, and before that, served on the HR Advisory team at Insight Partners. She also spent six years in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. Ariel graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2014 with a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development.
