Jay Hong, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2026. Mr. Hong is primarily focused on the Business Development function across New Mountain’s strategies. Before joining New Mountain, he was a Vice President at Comvest Partners. Earlier in his career, he served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and as a Director at Natixis Investment Managers. He received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in 2018.
