Amy Hahn is the Chief Executive Officer of Zep. Amy joined the Zep Board in November 2021, and became CEO in March 2022. Amy has a successful history of profitably managing P&L’s and driving growth through sales, business development and innovation in emerging markets and channels.
Most recently, Amy was Senior Vice President of Ahold, where she was Chief Marketer responsible for Digital, Loyalty, Insights and Marketing. In this role, Amy delivered exceptional topline growth in 2 years through data driven personalization and marketing impact. Prior to joining Ahold, Amy was a General Manager at The Hershey Company, where she was the Head of Global Operations of omni-channel experiential retail and licensing unit. In this role, Amy delivered double digit growth on sales and profit over 4 years and developed multi-year growth strategy expanding in Asia and North America.
Amy earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from Penn State University.
