Christian Galante joined New Mountain Capital in 2026 as an Operations Analyst. Before joining New Mountain Capital, he worked at Morgan Stanley Private Credit as an Associate. Prior to MSPC, he worked at JPMorgan Chase as an Analyst/Associate within their Fund Admin division. Mr. Galante is an alumnus of Binghamton University where he received a B.S. in Quantitative Finance and an MBA in Business Analytics.
