Fran DiNuzzo brings more than 38 years of management and manufacturing experience to his role as President and CEO of ILC Dover, one of the largest manufacturing companies in Delaware.
During his career, Fran has led a variety of public and private companies, from small, emerging firms to large corporations. He is adept at forging relationships with upper-level decision makers, solving business challenges and leading teams to achieve innovative results.
He took the helm as President and CEO in 2015, leading the 600+ employee company in the design, engineering and manufacturing of innovative products for the pharma/biopharm, packaging, aerospace, flood protection, and safety industries.
Prior to joining ILC, Fran served as President and Chief Executive Officer at SDIX, a biotechnology company with a core expertise in creating and producing high value antibodies and high performance assays for the diagnostic, pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.
Before joining SDIX, he was a Vice President and General Manager at Agilent Technologies. At Agilent, Fran had full P&L responsibility for three global business units within the BioAnalytical sector of Agilent’s business.
Fran holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Fran places a high priority on community service, serving on the board of directors of the Delaware BioScience Association, Delaware Business Roundtable, Delaware EPSCoR Committee and Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors.
