Mark Eldridge has been in the staffing and consulting industry for over 35 years. As the CEO, he oversees ALKU at the executive level to direct the company to align with ALKU’s goals and objectives. Through ALKU’s unique culture, focus on training and development is essential to internal growth and the success of ALKU as a whole. Since founding ALKU in 2008, Mark has emphasized the importance of giving back and mentoring both internally and externally. Therefore, in 2022, Mark founded The ALKU Foundation so that the Eldridge family could make a bigger impact in the communities where ALKU employees live and work. Additionally, Mark serves on the board of Mass Mentoring Partnership.
