Christine Dingivan

Management Partner, Emmes

Assuming her role in September 2020, Dr. Christine Dingivan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Emmes. Since her appointment, Christine and her leadership team have guided Emmes in its evolution into a global, full-service CRO supporting the advancement of public health and biopharmaceutical innovation.

A surgeon by training, Christine began her career at MedImmune for 12 years, where she was SVP of Clinical Research and Operations. After MedImmune, Christine became Chief Medical Officer and Executive Vice President of PPD, where she was later given additional responsibility as Global Head of Partnership Strategies as well as being named Global Head of Strategic Client Solutions. Prior to joining Emmes, Christine was the Global Head of Portfolio Strategy and Innovation as well as the Head of Global Data and Digital at Novartis.

Outside of Emmes, Christine helps startups and emerging businesses by serving as an advisor board member for several biopharmaceutical, clinical research and genomics companies. Christine is also on the board of directors for the Kennedy Center National Symphony Orchestra and a founding board member of Young Women Lead, a non-profit 501c3 organization focused on mentoring and teaching a 21st century leadership EDGE to young women.

Christine holds a B.Eng. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a M.D. from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Dr. Dingivan received her surgical training at Northwestern University School of Medicine.
