Michael Cottam, Credit Analyst, joined New Mountain in 2025. Mr. Cottam is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s credit business. Prior to joining New Mountain, he was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers’s Assurance practice, serving Banking & Capital Markets clients. Mr. Cottam received his B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Fairfield University in 2021, graduating summa cum laude. Mr. Cottam also received his M.S.A. from Fairfield University in 2022. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
