Leah Carson, Associate, joined New Mountain in 2022. She previously worked in the Leveraged Finance group at Jefferies in New York. She received her A.B. in International Affairs with a second major in Finance and a minor in Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with honors in 2020.
