New Mountain’s investment in IMA is the product of the firm’s multi-year and proactive “deep dive” effort in the insurance services sector, which has led to our previous investments in AmWINS, Alight and OneDigital. New Mountain’s investment is a non-control position through the Strategic Equity Fund.
