Founded in 2016, HomeX is an end-to-end tech-enabled home services platform that deploys a sophisticated operating playbook to deliver high quality service. The Services business provides residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services / installation through its two brands, GEM Plumbing and Heating, which services the Rhode Island and Massachusetts markets, and Haller Enterprises, which services the Pennsylvania market. The Digital business offers lead generation, remote service assistance, and business solutions tools.

New Mountain’s investment in HomeX Services is the result of the firm’s long-standing sector initiative in the home services space.
