Jeffersonville Mayor Tom Galligan and Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer Join Connextions, Inc. to Announce Addition of 750 New Jobs

ORLANDO, Fla. – July 13, 2011 – In partnership with the City of Jeffersonville Mayor Tom Galligan and the City of Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer, Connextions, Inc., a pre-eminent technology and business services partner to the health care industry, today announced the addition of 750 jobs in Jeffersonville, IN, as a result of new business growth within its health care customer base. The positions will be located at the existing Jeffersonville solution center and range from licensed and non-licensed health agent roles, to coaches, managers, technologists and more. Recruiting for the new positions has already begun and will continue through July. More than one-third of the positions will be year-round employment, and the remaining will be seasonal with strong opportunities for the top performers to remain on board year-round. Many of the positions will support the important Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) for Americans over age 65.

A helping hand for the Indiana and Kentucky communities in these tough economic times

In response to the urgent need for more licensed insurance agents, Connextions is offering a free (and proven successful) College of Insurance training at their Jeffersonville Solution Center to help interested Indiana and Kentucky residents become ready for state insurance exams that will enable them to become certified to sell health insurance. Participants in the program are not required to work for Connextions, but qualified candidates who obtain their licenses will be extended offers to join the Connextions team.
