Frank Worthington, Vice President, joined New Mountain Capital in 2026. Prior to joining New Mountain, Frank served as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Panoramic Health, a nephrology managed services organization. At Panoramic, Frank led various growth and value creation initiatives, collaborating closely with management, investors, and physician leaders.
Earlier in his career, Frank worked at Bain & Company from 2016-2019 and 2021-23, where he focused on operations, growth strategy, and private equity due diligence.
Frank received his MBA from the Wharton School, graduating as a Palmer Scholar, and his BA from Williams College in Mathematics and Economics, magna cum laude.
