Connor McLaughlin, Director, PE Accounting, joined New Mountain Capital in 2026. Mr. McLaughlin is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s private equity business. Prior to joining New Mountain, he worked at Willett Advisors LLC as a Vice President of Finance, overseeing the financial reporting and operations of private equity investments. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs within the IMD Controllers division and at Deloitte & Touche as an Audit Senior within the Financial Services practice.
Mr. McLaughlin received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Scranton and his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He is a Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant.
