April Eom, Manager, Talent Acquisition, joined New Mountain in 2015, then rejoined in 2023. Prior to joining New Mountain, she worked at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice as Human Resources Coordinator.
Ms. Eom received her B.A. in Italian with a minor in History of Art from the University of Michigan and her M.S. in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University School of Professional Services.
