Joe Christman, Director & Operating Partner, joined New Mountain Capital in 2025, focusing on the deployment of AI across New Mountain’s portfolio companies. Mr. Christman has spent his career driving transformation and growth through AI and technology initiatives across industries.
Prior to New Mountain, he served as Vice President at Chicago Pacific Founders, where he led AI-driven value creation across their portfolio of healthcare investments.
Before that, Mr. Christman led AI transformation programs for global enterprises at McKinsey & Co. and helped establish QuantumBlack in North America.
Mr. Christman earned a BS in Computer Information Systems from Bryant University.
