Matt Holt, Managing Director & President, Private Equity, joined New Mountain in August 2001. He focuses on growth buyouts across a range of industries including healthcare products, health technology, materials and sustainable infrastructure. He serves as the Lead Director or Chairman of, Signify Health, Datavant Group, HealthComp, emids, Finvi, Tinuiti, Real Chemistry and Zep, Inc. He also serves as a Director of Avantor, Inc., Aceto, R1, Topix Pharmaceuticals, and TRC Companies. Mr. Holt has previously served as Lead Director of Bellerophon Therapeutics, Inc., Convey Health Solutions, Inc., Cytel, Equian LLC, Gelest, Ikaria, Inc., Nusil Technology LLC, and Director of MailSouth.
Mr. Holt holds an A.B. with honors in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard College in 1999.
