Mathew J. Lori, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2007. Prior to joining New Mountain, he was a Managing Director of CCMP Capital Advisors and its predecessor firm, J.P. Morgan Partners, where he worked from 1993 until 2007 and where he was responsible for investing on behalf of global funds with more than $10 billion under management. Mr. Lori has executed over $9 billion of transactions since 2001 across a wide range of industries and completed a number of investments including Quiznos Sub, Hanley Wood, AMC Entertainment, Berry Plastics Corporation and Doane Pet Care. He currently serves on the board of Intermarine.

Mr. Lori received his MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1993, and his B.S. from the University of Windsor in 1987.
