Matthew Holt, Director, joined New Mountain in 2001. He previously worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Lehman Brothers where he helped evaluate and execute a number of strategic transactions across various industries. He received his A.B. with honors in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard College in 1999. He is a director of MailSouth, Inc.
