R. Michael Mayoras, President and Chief Executive Officer, joined RedPrairie in 2004 and has served as a member of the board of directors since October 2007. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mayoras was President, Americas from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Mayoras also served from 2005 to 2007 as Executive Vice President for Product Development and from 2004 to 2005 as Executive Vice President Implementation Services and Support. Mr. Mayoras has more than twenty-five years of experience in the technology, consulting and software industries. Prior to joining RedPrairie, he was President of DigiTerra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIBER, a publicly traded enterprise application and technology consulting company, from August 2001 until January 2004 and held several other executive and senior management positions in sales and operations for various organizations. Mr. Mayoras serves on the board of directors of a privately held company. He holds an A.D. in Applied Sciences from Danville Area Community College.
