L. David Mounts, Chief Executive Officer, was named Chief Executive Officer for Inmar, Inc. in April 2010. Inmar's technology-driven solutions deliver critical operations for over 1,000 leading business retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers to manage reverse logistics, facilitate promotions and recover revenue. Inmar operates in 30 facilities and employs over 3,700 associates with 563 located at the corporate offices in Winston-Salem, NC.
Prior to joining the Inmar team, from October 2007 to March 2010, Mr. Mounts was Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Services for Domino's Pizza, an operating division with $1 billion in annual sales. He was also Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Domino's Pizza from October 2005 through October 2007.
From 1983 to 2005, Mr. Mounts served numerous roles with UPS, Incorporated, including Corporate Controller, U.S. Operations, where he was responsible for finance and accounting activities for this primary segment of UPS, Inc., which represented revenues of $26 billion annually. From 2002 to 2005, he was Chief Financial Officer for UPS Supply Chain Solutions Group, a $7 billion supply chain organization providing services in 120 countries. From 1999 to 2002, David was Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions, for UPS. Throughout his tenure at UPS he was involved in executing, structuring and conducting post transaction analysis on more than 30 mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Mr. Mount has lived in six countries and has corporate development experience in dozens of countries around the world. He began his career with UPS unloading trucks to help with college expenses in 1983.
He holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business - The University of Pennsylvania; and a BSBA Dual Major in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. |
