Michael McCarthy, Operations Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2005. He previously worked in equity trading at Gartmore Separate Accounts, LLC. and at Deutsche Bank in Derivative Operations. He received his B.S., cum laude, in Finance from Fairfield University in 2002. He is a CFA charterholder.
